Ukraine's defense forces destroyed a Russian Su-30SM fighter jet during a recent attack on the Saki military airfield in temporarily occupied Crimea.
According to OSINT experts from the CyberBoroshno channel, satellite images show that the attack destroyed one Su-30SM, and another aircraft may have been damaged by debris, including visible signs of fuel leakage.
As of July 23, there were nine Su-24s, five Su-30SMs, three Su-30SM2s, of which one was malfunctioning, and one Su-30 at the Saki airfield.

On July 26, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces confirmed a strike on the Saki airfield in the temporarily occupied Crimea at night. The General Staff reported that this is an important facility used by Russia to control airspace and strike at Ukraine.
