Thomas Matthew Crooks, the 20-year-old gunman who shot and killed former President Donald Trump at a Pennsylvania rally, appeared briefly in a BlackRock Inc. commercial. The world's largest asset manager confirmed that one of the 2022 commercials had been removed.
BlackRock Inc. indicated that the cause is linked to Thomas Matthew Crooks, the 20-year-old young man identified by authorities as the shooter who shot and wounded former President Donald Trump.
Crooks appears briefly in a 30-second BlackRock television commercial featuring a Bethel Park High School high school economics teacher. In the commercial, Crooks appears in a classroom and appears to be talking to the teacher.
