The movement of passenger and freight transport will be temporarily restricted at the "Shehyni" checkpoint on the border between Ukraine and Poland. This is reported by the State Border Guard Service, writes UNN.
Traffic is temporarily restricted at the Shehyni automobile checkpoint:
- to leave Ukraine - for passenger vehicles and trucks;
- to enter Ukraine - for freight transport.
It is noted that traffic restrictions are related to the reconstruction of the checkpoint and repair work, which is expected to last until the first half of May 2025.
In order to avoid congestion and long waiting times, it is recommended to choose other checkpoints to cross the state border
Reminder
A new checkpoint "Velyka Palad – Nogyhodosh" has started operating in Zakarpattia. It is designed for passenger cars and pedestrians and will increase the capacity of the border.
