PrivatBank has announced the sale of the Priozerny shopping center as part of the bank's program to sell non-operating real estate.
PrivatBank successfully defended in court the ownership of the Priozerny shopping center, which was transferred to the bank's balance sheet as collateral for loans before the bank's nationalization. Retail is not a banking business, so today we are offering a very interesting property at an open auction that can become one of the leaders in the retail and entertainment market.

“Built in 2009, Priozerny is a modern six-storey shopping center located in the central part of the city, close to the Central Market and train stations.
This makes it particularly attractive for retail development.
The lot consists of the shopping center with a total area of 32,408.7 sq. m. located at 1 Maidan Ozernyi (Bobrova) Str., Dnipro, and 12 land plots.
According to SETAM information:
UAH 430,060,700.00 including VAT is the starting price;
The guarantee fee is UAH 21,503,035.
