The case against the suspects from the top management of the concern, who illegally supplied components to the military-industrial complex in russia, has been completed. This is reported by the State Bureau of Investigation, UNN reports.

The State Bureau of Investigation has completed a pre-trial investigation into suspects from among the top management of the concern who illegally sold components for the military-industrial complex to russia.
As a result of these activities, products worth more than UAH 160 million were smuggled into the terrorist country.
In June 2023, the SBI detained the owners and top management of the concern, which continued to supply products to the russian military-industrial complex even after the conflict began. Among the detainees was the organizer of the criminal scheme, a former MP and member of the Party of Regions.
During the searches, the former MP's place of residence was found to contain propaganda materials glorifying russia, as well as russian passports and agreements with the aggressor country.
Upon completion of the investigation, the State Bureau of Investigation found that at least 11 people, including executives and russian citizens, were involved in the criminal organization.
Accordingly, following the investigation, the suspects were served a notice of suspicion of creating a criminal organization and aiding the aggressor state under Article 255 and Article 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The sanctions provide for a sentence of up to 13 years in prison.
