Russian troops cynically attacked the outskirts of Odesa with missiles, striking a crowded place near the market. Civilian infrastructure was damaged, and emergency services are working at the scene.

The Russian Federation struck the outskirts of Odesa with missiles near a market, causing damage, reported on Tuesday the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, on social media, reports UNN.

"The enemy cynically struck the outskirts of Odesa with missiles, at a crowded place near the market. There is damage to civilian infrastructure. Emergency services are working on site. Information about casualties and the consequences of the attack is being clarified,"

- wrote Kiper.
