Severe heat of up to +38° will persist today in parts of Ukraine, while other areas will be hit by rain and temperatures will not exceed 32° Celsius, the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center reported, UNN writes.

According to the forecast, variable cloudiness is expected on August 7.
In the western regions, and during the day also in the northern regions, as well as Vinnytsia and Cherkasy regions, there will be moderate, locally heavy rain, thunderstorms, and in some areas hail and squalls of 15–20 m/s; no precipitation is expected elsewhere.
The wind will be southerly, shifting to northerly, at 5–10 m/s. Temperatures will be 20–25° at night, with severe heat of 35–38° during the day, and 27–32° in the western regions.
