Mykola Hladyshenko was dismissed as Chair of Sense Bank’s Supervisory Board. The Ministry of Finance will appoint a state representative to form a quorum and prepare the bank for sale.

Today, the Government adopted additional personnel decisions concerning Sense Bank — the powers of Supervisory Board Chairman Mykola Hladyshenko have been terminated. Prime Minister Serhii Koretskyi reported this, according to UNN.

Also, at the proposal of the Ministry of Finance, a state representative was appointed to the bank's Supervisory Board in order to accelerate the formation of a quorum in the bank's governing bodies

According to him, the Ministry of Finance, together with the National Bank, must urgently ensure proper corporate governance of Sense Bank and ensure that it is properly prepared for sale.
