Russian aircraft dominate the air over the Black Sea, but this is a temporary phenomenon. This was reported by the spokesman for the Ukrainian Navy Dmytro Pletenchuk during a telethon, according to a correspondent of UNN .
When asked if it was possible that the Russians would try to dominate the Black Sea again in some way, Pletenchuk replied:
In their dreams, of course, they dominate there, in the world's oceans even. Of course, no one there has even burned the documents with the stamps indicating how they are implementing these ideas. I am sure that they have not abandoned their plans to reach our coast and seize the relevant regions
Pletenchuk noted that the Russians have not yet reached the stage of acceptance. “Therefore, in principle, I cannot say that they are ready to leave the Azov-Black Sea region. Yes, they are now in such a state that they are forced to hide at the naval base in Novorossiysk,” he said.
Pletenchuk noted that the air component in Russia is quite powerful.
