White House National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan will not travel to Saudi Arabia for talks this week because he nearly broke a rib. This was reported by White House spokesman John Kirby. His words were quoted by Reuters, according to UNN.
The injury affected his (Sullivan's - ed.) ability to travel.
So while Salivan is recovering from a cracked rib, as Kirby said, his work trip to Saudi Arabia has been canceled.

Jake Sullivan was to meet with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in Saudi Arabia this week. The politicians were to discuss how the United States could help normalize relations between Israel and Saudi Arabia.
These talks were suspended immediately after the October 7 attack by Palestinian Hamas fighters on southern Israel and the subsequent Israeli attack on Hamas-ruled Gaza, but in recent months, talks have resumed.
