The number of victims of the russian attack on Kharkiv region has increased to 3. At least one woman was killed and two men were injured. This was reported by UNN with reference to the press service of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.

According to the investigation, on March 28, 2024, at about 11:00, the occupiers fired on the village of Monachynivka, Kindrashivska TG. A 57-year-old woman was killed and two men were injured. According to preliminary data, the shelling was carried out from artillery
Also today, the russian armed forces shelled the town of Kupyansk and the village of Kurylivka. It is noted that residential buildings and outbuildings were damaged.
Currently, prosecutors and police investigators are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by representatives of the russian armed forces.
Under the procedural supervision of the Kupiansk District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv Region, pre-trial investigations were launched into violations of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
