Details
The South Korean Foreign Ministry claims that North Korean munitions were transported on Russian ships, and companies participated in supporting the DPRK's nuclear and missile development by hiring North Korean specialists to work in Russia.
It is emphasized that arms trade with North Korea is a violation of UN Security Council resolutions. Allegedly, Intellect helped North Korean specialists, including IT personnel, to prepare documents for work in Russia. Thus, the company facilitated the activities of an agent of the DPRK Academy of Defense Sciences.
The company, in turn, participated in the transfer of North Korean workers to Russia, assisted in the entry and registration of legal stay in the country, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement. The actions of Russian legal entities, according to the ministry, also contradict UN Security Council resolutions.
