The head of the government added that the government's experimental project on the comprehensive restoration of five settlements is ongoing: Borodyanka, Trostyanets, Tsirkuny, Posad-Pokrovske and Yagidne. According to Shmyhal, an additional 5.2 billion hryvnias have been allocated for it.
This year we are starting reconstruction using a project approach with the DREAM system and a Unified Project Portfolio, involving communities in identifying key projects. More than 87,000 Ukrainian families have already repaired their homes with compensation, and 7,600 families have purchased homes through housing certificates
He also announced that compensation payments for the reconstruction of private houses started this week.

The Cabinet of Ministers allocates 2 billion hryvnias for 200 frontline and border communities in nine regions of Ukraine. The funds will go to security needs, restoration and construction of shelters.
