In the so-called "luhansk People's Republic", war veterans from Russia will be engaged in educational work with children and youth. In addition, they are traveling to Russia: a military tent city in the Novosibirsk region hosts schoolchildren from the occupied Luhansk region, where specialized training for "youth army leaders" is underway.
Recently, representatives of the Russian army conducted parachute jumping lessons for girls and boys from Bilovodsk. This is only one part of the military training course, Luhansk RMA writes.

As early as 2025, the invaders plan to allocate funds to the state in this area for the next six years. A corresponding program is currently being developed in the Kremlin. It also envisages the opening of additional or expansion of existing regional branches of the center for the development of military sports training in each region, including the occupied ones.
