In March, stories began to gain publicity in social networks that cadets were systematically harassed and bullied at the Hetman P. Sagaidachny Land Forces Academy.

Cadets of the Hetman P. Sagaidachny National Academy of land forces (NASV) filed a corresponding collective complaint with the temporary investigative commission (VSK). In fact, the complaint concerned granting dismissals to cadets only if their parents or wife came for them. This was stated by MP Yulia Yatsyk, who is a member of the temporary investigative commission of the Verkhovna Rada to investigate violations of the rights of military personnel.

However, after the submission of this complaint, the harassment of cadets for an active position only increased. Moreover, they even tried to open a criminal case against one of the authors of the collective complaint.

Members of the VSK, in turn, held a number of anonymous conversations with cadets of the academy from various courses, who told about:

* "company cash register", when cadets are cast for various needs (purchase of a printer, paper, detergents, etc.)

* the release of Cadets is regulated manually (if you want to leave, buy paper, fill up the cartridge, or..)

• * there are cases of harassment, humiliation and bullying of cadets

* lack of necessary medications in the Medical Center ("everyone is treated with ibuprofen or paracetamol")

* in different groups, from 30% to 60% of cadets who are on duty do not eat in the cafeteria for various reasons (mainly due to tasteless dishes and poor quality of food).
