Salary arrears of healthcare providers are not recorded in reports. This was stated by Health Minister Viktor Lyashko during an hour of questions to the government in the Verkhovna Rada, an UNN correspondent reports.
"Medical service providers do not record wage arrears in their reports..." Lyashko said.
