Russian troops fired 8 times at localities in Donetsk region yesterday. One person was killed and two others were injured as a result of the enemy shelling. This was reported by the head of the RMA Vadym Filashkin on Wednesday, UNN reports.
On August 13, Russians killed 1 resident of Donetsk region - in Zhuravka. 2 more people were wounded in the region over the day
According to Filashkin, the operational situation in the region as of the morning of August 14 is as follows:
- Volnovakha district. An administrative building was damaged in Novoukrainka of the Vuhledar community.
- Pokrovsk district. Katerynivka and Kostyantynivka were shelled in Marinka community. In Kurakhove, 6 private houses were damaged. In Malynivka of Hrodivka community, 8 houses, a cafe and an administrative building were damaged.
- Kramatorsk district. The outskirts of Lyman community are under fire. A house was damaged in Kostyantynivka.
- Bakhmut district. In Chasovoyarsk community, 7 private houses, a multi-storey building and a religious building were damaged. In Shcherbynivka of the Toretsk community, 2 people were injured and a house was damaged. 1 house was damaged in Siversk and Serebryanka.
"In total, Russians fired 8 times at the settlements of Donetsk region over the last day. 1871 people, including 254 children, were evacuated from the frontline," said Filashkin.
