According to the investigation, on the morning of March 23, Russian soldiers shelled the village of Vovchansky Khutory. A 72-year-old man was killed

- the prosecutor's office said in a statement.

Residential buildings were reportedly damaged as a result of the shelling.

Four people were injured in a Russian drone attack on Kharkiv on the night of March 23. A three-story municipal building was partially destroyed.
