Russian troops shelled Nikopol, firing a dozen shells. Two women (mother and daughter) were killed and a man was wounded. High-rise buildings, private houses and public facilities were damaged.

The Russian army shelled Nikopol, Dnipropetrovs'k region, killing two women and wounding a man. the Russians fired a dozen shells at the city. This was announced on Thursday by the head of the RMA Sergey Lysak, reports UNN. 

Two women, a mother and daughter, were killed in Nikopol. One was 40 years old. The other one turned 72 today. These are the tragic consequences of the Russian shelling. They hit the city with a dozen shells

- Lysak wrote on Telegram.

According to him, in addition to the victims, there is also a victim -  a 46-year-old man. He will be treated on an outpatient basis.

As a result of Russian shelling, high-rise buildings in the city were damaged. A balcony in one of them caught fire. Private houses, a fire station, a college, a school and buses were damaged.
