My condolences to the families and friends. The criminal must be punished for the murder of innocent people," Zelensky wrote.

Later, Kobzar said that there were wounded as a result of the Russian shelling, but he did not specify the number of victims.
"Unfortunately, the damage to the residential building is very extensive. Many people are injured," the official said.
The State Emergency Service and police are currently evacuating the affected people.
