A spokesman for the Tavria unit reported the movement of Russian troops from the Dnipro region to the Kursk region. This led to the intensification of hostilities on the left bank of the Dnipro River, the reasons for which are still being investigated.

The spokesman for the Tavria unit, Dmytro Lykhoviy, said that Russia is moving some troops from the Dnipro direction to the Kursk region. Lykhoviy said this during a telethon, UNN reports.

Details

"I confirm according to intelligence that there is movement from the Prydniprovsky direction, and not only from the Prydniprovsky direction, some battalions, other units, obviously, to the Kursk direction, where the Russians have the most holes in their defense. But the logic here is a little bit reversed, so we need to understand the catch here, because when there was a large number of Russian personnel here, there were fewer assault actions, and when they started to take them away to patch up their retinue in the Kursk direction, there was a sharp revival in the Prydniprovsky direction on the left bank of the Dnipro yesterday. I think it will take a few days to understand whether these were Russian demonstrative actions, when they want to show that despite the reduction of their defensive orders, they are able to attack further, or whether it is a different plan

- Likhovoy said.
