Militants who financed the attackers on the Crocus City Hall concert hall in the Moscow region of Russia have been detained in Dagestan, Russian media report with reference to the Russian Federal Security Service, UNN reports.

Russia's FSB claims that the militants detained in Dagestan were involved in financing and supplying the perpetrators of the Crocus attack.
Russian security forces claim that the cell allegedly consisted of four people. They were also planning a terrorist attack in the Caspian Sea city, immediately after which they intended to leave Russia.

Russia is demanding that Ukraine arrest the head of the Security Service of Ukraine , Vasyl Malyuk, accusing him of responsibility for terrorist attacks in Russia, including the terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall near Moscow.
However, the United States excludes any involvement of Ukraine and Western countries in the terrorist attack in the Russian Crocus City.
As of March 30, 134 people have been identified as dead in the terrorist attack at the Crocus near Moscow.
