At 16:35 today, the occupiers struck again at a television infrastructure facility, using a missile. Shell fragments were found at the site of the hit.
An investigative team, forensic experts and explosives experts arrived at the scene. The police are inspecting the scene, interviewing witnesses, documenting and seizing material evidence of the crime committed by the Russian army.

The investigator is deciding whether to register this fact in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
