According to the movement's agents, Russian servicemen are increasingly discussing a severe shortage of shells for certain types of artillery. This refers to the so-called "shell hunger," which limits the ability to fire and hold positions.
Communication problems
Separately, difficulties with communication equipment are being recorded. According to "ATESH," they work unstably and are easily suppressed by Ukrainian electronic warfare systems. This leads to a loss of coordination between units and complicates command and control in certain areas of the front.
It is noted that these problems are being discussed by the Russian military themselves and are already perceived as systemic. Against the backdrop of gradual resource depletion, the effectiveness of units is decreasing.
