The contract of the head coach of the Ukrainian Olympic team Ruslan Rotan and his coaching staff has expired. This was reported by UNN with reference to the Ukrainian Football Association.

Ruslan Rotan was appointed head coach of the Ukrainian youth national team on December 28, 2018. Under his leadership, the youth national team of Ukraine has played 47 matches. Also, under the leadership of Ruslan Rotan's coaching staff, the Ukrainian Olympic team played 11 matches.

The national team has already featured 15 players who previously made their debut in the youth national team under Ruslan Rotan.
Nine of them were part of the Ukrainian national team for Euro 2024.
During his time with the Ukrainian national teams, Ruslan Rotan's coaching staff included Vasyl Kardash, Oleksandr Melashchenko, Vitaliy Reva, Serhiy Kravchenko, Oleksiy Chistyakov, Yevhen Baryshnikov and Yevhen Gres.
