In the released frame, Russian dictator Putin is depicted together with all the characters of the cartoon. Among them are Uncle Fyodor, Matroskin the cat, Sharik, Pechkin the postman, and other characters.
Soyuzmultfilm previously stated that the appearance of the Russian president in the cartoon should become a tool of "soft power" to promote Russia and its culture in the world.
Other details regarding the episode or the format of Putin's participation are not yet reported.
