It is noted that parliamentary parties must submit reports for 2020-2022 by March 26, 2024 and other parties - by April 26, 2024.
Reports for 2020 political parties must submit in paper form as well as electronically with the personal data being closed. For other years, they must submit reports exclusively to the POLITDATA register. Also, parties for the period of 2020-2023 can submit quarterly or annual reports.
The law also also exempts political parties from liability for submitting a report with inaccurate information during martial law if there are appropriate circumstances.
