Outage schedules are back: Ukrenergo told how the power will be cut off tomorrow

NPC Ukrenergo has announced the application of power outage schedules in all regions of Ukraine on August 19. The blackouts will last from 17:00 to 21:00 due to the increase in electricity consumption caused by the heat wave.

Tomorrow, on August 19, power outage schedules will be applied in all regions of Ukraine. This was stated by NPC Ukrenergo, UNN reports.

Tomorrow, on August 19, from 17:00 to 21:00, one stage of outages will be applied. At other times - no restrictions

- the company said. 

Power engineers explain that it's because of increased consumption due to the heat.

Recall

Deputy Energy Minister warned of possible return of heat-related blackout schedules. The power grid remains damaged after the attacks, which could lead to power shortages.
