In 2024, the Odesa Regional State Administration intends to transform the Administrative Service Centers into modern Diia.Centers. This was reported by the head of the regional state administration, Oleh Kiper, according to UNN.
The outdated cubicle system should be a thing of the past. The future belongs to open-space. We also aim to expand the network of remote workplaces and ensure mobility
According to Kiper, each ASC should be equipped with special mobile solutions, such as mobile suitcases, to provide access to services anywhere in the region.
"The list of services should be constantly expanded. All ASCs should be transparent and inclusive," he adds.
The initiative was discussed with colleagues from neighboring regions on the sidelines of the Synergy of the South Interregional ASC Forum held in Odesa.
"More than 200 participants of the Forum used the provided platform to discuss problematic issues of the functioning of administrative service centers, share their experience and best practices.
We thank our partners, in particular Andreas Huber, Director of the Swiss Cooperation Office at the Embassy of Switzerland in Ukraine, Viktor Liakh, President of the Eastern Europe Foundation, Serhiy Gunko, EGAP Regional Digitalization Coordinator, for participating in the Forum and strengthening our long-term partnership, and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine," Kiper summed up
