An accident involving a truck and two cars occurred on the Odesa-Reni highway in Odesa region, temporarily hampering traffic, one of the drivers sought medical attention, the regional police reported, UNN reports.

"Due to a traffic accident on the Odesa-Reni highway between Palanka and Udobne, traffic is temporarily hampered," the police said.
As stated, it has been preliminarily established that on the transit section of the Palanka-Mayaky-Udobne road at about 3 p.m., the driver of a DAF truck, moving in the direction of Odesa, lost control, drove into the oncoming lane, where he collided with two cars.
Police and medics are working at the scene. The driver of one car has previously sought medical assistance.
It is noted that traffic on this section of the road is currently hampered, and drivers are asked to take into account the road situation.
The police are establishing the full circumstances of the incident.
