According to meteorologists, brief rain and thunderstorms are expected in some areas of the east and southeast during the day; elsewhere, there will be no precipitation.

The wind will be predominantly northerly, at 7–12 m/s. The daytime temperature will be 22–27°; in the south, east of the country, and Dnipropetrovsk region, 28–33°.

In Kyiv and the region, partly cloudy weather will persist on August 9, with no significant precipitation. The temperature will be +24°...+26°.
