According to him, the enemy began calling relatives of prisoners of war en masse and informing them that they are ready to return the prisoner, but Ukraine does not want to take him.
"Russians encourage relatives of prisoners of war to organize rallies and meetings, persuade them to block streets and administrative buildings, as if this will force Ukraine to 'conduct' exchanges. However, Ukraine has never stopped the exchange process," Lubinets said.
