Russian army shelled Kostyantynivka. According to the head of the Donetsk RMA Vadym Filashkin, one person was killed and another was wounded, UNN reports.
"1 person was killed and 1 wounded in the shelling of Kostyantynivka. The town came under enemy fire again this afternoon. The Russians damaged 4 multi-storey buildings, a shop and a car," said the RMA head.
Filashkin emphasized that it is dangerous to stay in Donetsk region, especially in frontline communities. He called for evacuation.
