The propagandists are actively promoting the construction of a railroad that should run from Rostov-on-Don to Sevastopol through the occupied territories of Ukraine. In fact, the enemy aims to achieve the following goals: propaganda, corruption and military. This is reported by the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council, UNN reports.

Details

According to the CPD, Russian propaganda is actively promoting the construction of a railroad that should run from Rostov-on-Don to Sevastopol through the occupied territories of Ukraine, which Putin believes will become a "land alternative to the Crimean bridge.

"The comparison with another illegal "self-built" construction in Russia is not accidental. By mentioning the Crimean bridge, which ru-propaganda has made a symbol of "unity with Russia," the enemy is promoting the narrative that Moscow allegedly cares about the residents of the TOT," the CPD reports.

The Center emphasizes that the enemy is actually aiming to achieve the following goals:

propaganda - to create the illusion of rapid integration of the TOT and "happy life in occupation";

corruption - large-scale construction, generously funded by Moscow, will give local gauleiters unprecedented opportunities for embezzlement and make them even more loyal to the Kremlin;

Military - the Crimean bridge is a logistical artery for the southern grouping of Russian troops. Given that they are building a railroad, Russia recognizes that the Crimean bridge will "fall" and is trying to preserve military logistics.

Recall

The Russian occupiers are building a railroad from Russia through the occupied territories in southern Ukraine to Crimea, which is a serious target for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as it aims to strengthen the logistics of supplying Russian troops.
