"This morning, Russia launched a ballistic missile attack on Kyiv. Taking into account the consequences of the missile attack, ru-propaganda, in its usual manner, began to justify its next crime, calling the consequences of its own attacks "the result of the work of Ukrainian air defense." This is a classic example of manipulation aimed at shifting the responsibility for the shelling of Kyiv's civilian infrastructure onto Ukraine.
