Emergency power outages have affected not only Kyiv but also the Kyiv region. The mayor of the city, Ihor Sapozhko, reported on the outages in Brovary on Thursday, writes UNN.

Head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Tymur Tkachenko, explained that "there are currently technical issues in the operation of the energy system."
"In Kyiv (especially on the left bank), unscheduled outages have been applied. More on the situation — we are guided by information from DTEK and Ukrenergo," Tkachenko wrote on social media, adding that work to adjust the networks is proceeding as quickly as possible.
