According to the information, during another night attack by russian terrorist troops in the southern regions of Ukraine, the enemy used several waves of Shahed-131/136 attack drones aimed at the energy infrastructure of Odesa region and agricultural facilities in Kherson region.
The air defense forces managed to provide effective defense, eliminating the threat after about 2 hours of fighting.
As a result, all 8 drones were shot down.
However, the falling wreckage of one of the downed drones caused a fire at a power facility, which led to a temporary blackout in several settlements in Odesa region. Despite this, no local residents were injured and the fire was extinguished. Restoration works are currently underway.
In Kherson region, along with the drone attack, the enemy used ballistic missiles and guided missiles to target a mothballed agricultural enterprise. Fortunately, no one was injured.
