Detectives of the territorial department of the BEB in Odessa region are investigating criminal proceedings on tax evasion on a particularly large scale by most Ukrainian companies that are part of the agricultural holding GNT Group of Odessa businessmen Serhiy Groza and Volodymyr Naumenko. This was reported by the BEB in response to a request from the UNN.
We would like to inform you that detectives of the territorial department of the BEB in Odessa region carry out pre-trial investigation in 1 criminal proceeding on the grounds of committing a criminal offense under Part Art. 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Deliberate evasion of taxes, fees (mandatory payments) included in the taxation system, committed by a person previously convicted for evasion of taxes, fees (mandatory payments), or if they led to the actual non-payment of funds to budgets or state trust funds in especially large amounts - ed. ), in which Ferko LLC, Vtormetexport LLC, Olympex Coupe International LLC and ZPK Inzernoexport LLC appear. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing
The above companies form the main backbone of the GNT Group agroholding. Groza and Naumenko's Olympex Coupe International LLC previously managed the Olympex grain terminal. It was during this management that law enforcers uncovered numerous facts of gray export of grain and tax evasion.
It is worth noting that according to the Office of the Prosecutor General, law enforcers are investigating a total of three criminal proceedingsrelated to tax evasion at the Olympex grain terminal.
At the same time, the BEB did not say whether the State Bureau of Investigation had received information about cooperation between the companies of Serhiy Groza and Volodymyr Naumenko and the company Omega Terminal-Ukraine run by Russian citizen Mikhail Ipatov. This company operates at the Olympex grain terminal.
Add
To hide traces of his influence, Ipatov, with the help of a Swiss company of the same name , created in Ukraine a company called Omega Terminal-Ukraine. It provides him with constant access to Olympex's operational data.
It is worth noting here that he was probably helped in this by the Odessa businessmen Serhiy Groza and Volodymyr Naumenko, who were in charge of the grain terminal. After all, Ipatov was in constant contact with the former financial director of the GNT Group agroholding Dusan Denich, which, in particular, is confirmed by Swiss registers. In addition, Ipatov manages Groza and Naumenko's Swiss company GNT Europe SA, which may also indicate a close relationship with the Odessa businessmen.
It is possible that it was Ipatov who facilitated Groza and Naumenko's close cooperation with the under-sanctioned smuggler Vadim Alperin and a number of companies subject to economic restrictions because of their cooperation with Russia.
Recall
As reported by UNN, Ipatov is actively opening IT schools abroad. During the time of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, three new ones have appeared in Poland, the Czech Republic and Switzerland. Their names are consonant with russia's largest programming school, Algorithmika, and are probably used by russian authorities to improve technology in weapons against Ukraine, particularly fpv drones.
