Yesterday, the enemy launched 74 airstrikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, dropping 97 KABs. In addition, he carried out 6457 shellings, including 145 from reactive salvo fire systems, and involved 2350 kamikaze drones for destruction.
"Over the past day, aviation, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces hit 13 areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment, three UAV control points, one air defense system, three artillery systems and one other important object of the enemy," the statement said.
Situation by directions
In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy once tried to break through the defensive lines of our defenders in the direction of Vovchansk.
In the Kupyansk direction, five attacks by the invaders took place yesterday. Our defenders stopped the assault actions of the enemy in the areas of Zagryzovo, Petropavlivka and Bohuslavka.

In the Siversk direction, the Defense Forces stopped five offensive actions of the invaders near Bilohorivka, in the directions of Ivano-Dar'ivka and Verkhnyokamyanske.
In the Kramatorsk direction, two combat clashes were recorded yesterday near Orikhovo-Vasylivka and Chasovoy Yar.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy carried out 17 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Toretsk, Shcherbinivka, as well as in the direction of Diliivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 61 assault actions of the aggressor in the direction of the settlements of Panteleimonivka, Vodyane Druhe, Yelyzavetivka, Lysivka, Andriivka, Kotlyne, Uspenivka, Bohdanivka and in the direction of Sergiivka.
In the Novopavlivsky direction, the enemy carried out eight attacks yesterday in the directions of the settlements of Kostyantynopol, Rozlyv, Vesele and in the area of Skudny.
In the Huliaipilsky direction, the Defense Forces stopped three attempts by the enemy to advance near Novopol and Novoselka.
In the Orikhiv and Pridniprovsky directions, there were no combat clashes last day.
In the Volyn and Polissya directions, no signs of the formation of offensive groups of the enemy were detected.
"The Defense Forces of Ukraine continue the operation in the Kursk region. Over the past day, the enemy launched 12 airstrikes, dropping 14 KABs in the process, carried out 292 shellings, of which five were from MLRS.
