The de-occupation of the left-bank part of Kherson region will be very difficult, because the Russians have dug in well and logistics routes need to be established. This was stated by a soldier of the 34th Kherson Regiment of the National Guard, Captain Denys Zalisky, during a telethon, an UNN correspondent reports.
When asked how difficult it would be to de-occupy the left-bank part of Kherson region, Zaliskyi answered:
It will be very difficult. I think it will be difficult for several reasons. First, the occupiers have already dug in well on this side of the Dnipro. On November 11, 2022 , the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine liberated the hero city of Kherson and the right bank of the Kherson region from the Russian occupiers.On November 14, the Ukrainian flag was officially raised in Kherson , liberated from the Russian occupiers. The ceremony was attended by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
