At the world championships in Livigno, Italy, 16-year-old Maria Aniichin impressed with her performance in the big air discipline. She performed the Misty 7 jump, for which she received a high score of 78.66 points, which earned her a bronze medal.
Maria Aniychyn from Ivano-Frankivsk region became the first Ukrainian athlete to win a medal at a junior international freestyle competition.
