Three athletes cleared 1.98 m: Iryna Herashchenko did so on her first attempt, recording the best result of the season, while Yaroslava Mahuchikh and Eleanor Patterson cleared it on their second attempts. This trio continued the fight for victory at 2.00 m.
Neither Herashchenko nor Patterson managed to clear two metres. Mahuchikh also failed with her first two attempts. Everything had to be decided on the final attempt. Yaroslava managed to clear it, taking first place. She was unable to clear 2.02 m this time, but victory was hers once again.
Herashchenko finished second, while Patterson completed the top three, losing to the Ukrainian on countback. Yuliia Levchenko, who returned to the international arena after an injury, cleared 1.89 m on her first attempt and finished ninth.

In the men’s high jump, four athletes cleared 2.26 m, with American JuVaughn Harrison and Pole Mateusz Kołodziejski sharing third place. Ukraine’s Oleh Doroshchuk cleared it on his second attempt and, based on this result, finished fifth behind his rivals. Italy’s Gianmarco Tamberi won (2.31 m), while Jamaica’s Romaine Beckford was second (2.29 m).
