According to the Foreign Ministry, the diplomats discussed ways to speed up the supply of weapons and ammunition to Ukraine, including air defense equipment, due to the increased intensity of Russian strikes.
I also emphasized the importance of further increasing European defense production and reiterated my request to EU governments to direct investments directly to Ukrainian arms manufacturers. Ukrainian companies can produce more if they have more resources, and investing in them is the fastest way to provide additional weapons to our soldiers at the front
In addition, the diplomats reportedly discussed the use of frozen Russian assets for the benefit of Ukraine and paid special attention to the EU's continued assistance in Ukraine's recovery.
Kuleba also thanked the EU for its readiness to provide additional equipment and assistance in the restoration of the Okhmatdyt hospital in Kyiv.
