As a result of an enemy drone attack on Kherson and the region at night, a man was killed, 4 people were injured, and air defense shot down 9 drones over the Kherson region, the head of the Kherson RMA Oleksandr Prokudin said on Wednesday, UNN reports.

"Another restless night in the Kherson region. Unfortunately, with injured and dead," Prokudin wrote on Telegram.
According to him, a 68-year-old man was killed at night by a Russian drone strike on Kherson. A 73-year-old woman was also injured. She was diagnosed with an acubarotrauma. Doctors treated her on the spot.
According to Prokudin, three residents of Oleksandrivka were injured as a result of hostile shelling. These are two men aged 26 and 53 and a 54-year-old woman. They suffered mine-blast traumas and acupuncture injuries. Doctors provided them with the necessary assistance and left them at the scene.
"During a night drone attack, the Air Defense Forces destroyed 9 Shahed-136 drones over the territory of our region," Prokudin said.
According to him, Sadove, Antonivka, Novokaira, Chornobaivka, Odradokamyanka, Komyshany, Novovorontsovka, Beryslav, Oleksandrivka, Virivka, Tyahyntsi, Novotyahyntsi, Sukhanove, Romashkove, Lvov, Havrylivka and the city of Kherson came under enemy fire and air strikes in Kherson region over the past day.
According to Prokudin, the Russian military hit critical infrastructure facilities and an agricultural enterprise; residential areas of the region's settlements, including 2 high-rise buildings and 46 private houses. Gas pipelines, outbuildings, a garage and private cars were also damaged.
"Due to Russian aggression, 1 person was killed and 5 others were wounded, including 1 child," the RMA head said.
