An adequate person would not offer a "technological duel". This is how President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reacted to Russian dictator Vladimir Putin's "offer" during a press conference in Brussels, UNN reports.
"Today, a friend from the Kremlin said that Russia is proposing a 'technological duel.' Putin says that 'we will strike with Oreshnik, for example, somewhere in Kyiv, and let them put up air defense systems and see what happens. Do you think this is an adequate person? Well, just a scumbag!" Zelensky said.
