On Monday, April 27, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi will visit the Russian capital, Moscow. This was reported by the Iranian Foreign Ministry, according to UNN.

It is noted that during the visit, Araghchi "will meet with high-ranking officials of the Russian Federation and discuss bilateral Iranian-Russian relations, as well as regional and international developments."
In turn, Iran's Ambassador to the Russian Federation, Kazem Jalali, specified that the Foreign Minister will meet with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
"It is quite natural that when such an opportunity arises, officials from both countries also hold personal consultations. During his trip to Moscow, Mr. Araghchi will consult with Russian officials regarding the latest state of negotiations, the ceasefire, and related events, and will provide a report on these negotiations to the Moscow authorities,"
He added that "if there are any initiatives, both sides will hold consultations and discussions regarding them, as well as joint initiatives."
