In the Luhansk region, Russian troops conducted an air strike on Nevske yesterday, and in the occupied territories of Severodonetsk and Rubizhne, Russian contractors left construction workers without money, and Alchevsk lacks medicines for ambulances, said Artem Lysohory, head of the Luhansk RMA, on Monday, UNN reports.

"The situation in Nevske was dangerous yesterday - the village was attacked by enemy aircraft. The occupants launched another air strike on Bilohorivka. There, as well as in Serebryanske forestry, there were hostilities. The invaders fired artillery and mortars at Stelmakhivka, Hrekivka, and Kuzemivka," Lysohor informed on Telegram.
According to the head of the RMA, on Sunday, 33 food packages were distributed to residents of Novolyubovka, Nevskoye and Makeevka - one per family. The packages were delivered by volunteers the day before.
In occupied Sievierodonetsk, according to the head of the RMA, cases of contractors' disappearance or lack of funds are becoming more frequent. "Hired workers are told about the latter when a certain part of the work is completed," he said.
"The same thing is happening in neighboring Rubizhne, but they have only recently started a demonstrative recovery and almost immediately realized that the local population is ready to work for humanitarian aid. Money in the so-called "luhansk people's republic" is not necessary, according to the Russians," said Lysogor.
According to him, the number of complaints about the work of the emergency medical service in the occupied territory is increasing. "The reasons for the late departure are the lack of personnel and lack of fuel. In the frontline settlements, it is also impossible to call it quickly due to the lack of mobile communication," said Lysogor.
"In Alchevsk, communication is fine. But the teams are increasingly lacking the necessary medicines required for emergency care. They will only come and advise something," said the RMA head.
