A group of activists in Poland announced the creation of their own "Order of the Future" for President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the Ukrainian people after President Karol Nawrocki's decision to strip the Ukrainian leader of the Order of the White Eagle. The authors of the initiative stated that they want to express disagreement with the decision of the Polish authorities and support for Ukraine, which continues to resist Russian aggression.
According to them, in 2023 Poland awarded Zelenskyy and the Ukrainian people the Order of the White Eagle in recognition of the struggle for the freedom and security of Europe, and they consider Warsaw's current decision to be erroneous.
