The investigation established that the suspect developed a detailed murder plan, found an executor, and offered him 50 thousand US dollars. Of this amount, 10 thousand dollars were to be an advance after the start of the plan's implementation, and the rest was promised to be paid after confirmation of the murder. The organizer also agreed to pay for the purchase of weapons and ammunition.
During meetings with the "executor," who acted under the control of law enforcement, the man discussed the method of attack, the amount of the reward, conspiracy measures, and was to provide information about the judge's place of residence, his routes of movement, and vehicles.
Law enforcement officers documented the negotiations, the transfer of funds for the purchase of weapons, and other actions related to the preparation of the crime. After the transfer of 1000 US dollars for the purchase of weapons, the man was detained.
He is charged with an unfinished attempt to organize premeditated murder, committed on order and for mercenary motives.
