"Police officers with the involvement of criminal analysis officers and the Kiev Department of internal security promptly identified the violator — this is a repeatedly convicted 45-year-old local resident. Law enforcement officers detained the man and during an urgent search at his place of residence seized a pistol and a uniform, the origin of which is now being established," the report says.
